Please note: We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.

Orders placed before 6 PM are typically processed and packed the same evening. As our customer support closes at 5 PM, we are unable to cancel any order after 6 PM on the same day.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all orders only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

Return Process & Timeframe
You are eligible to request a return or exchange within 30 days only if:

You provide photo evidence showing the product is in like-new condition and in original packaging
